I've spent over a decade building marketing and sales systems for growth-stage companies, from startups to enterprise brands like AWS and TopGolf.

Most of the businesses I work with have the same story: the marketing is running, the website looks good, but leads aren't turning into revenue. The problem is almost never the traffic. It's the system between the click and the close.
